OWLS HEAD A competitive grant award from Libraries Transforming Communities is being used to host a Zoom meeting for Owls Head residents and other interested parties to provide information on the Knox County Airport: its master plan, the roles of the various stakeholders, a summary of Owls Head’s Comprehensive Plan and a review of the current expiring interlocal agreement and the proposed new 20-year agreement which will be voted on in mid-April by Owls Head residents.
Invited to speak in a highly structured format at the meeting are all identified stakeholders: the FAA, the regional airport advisory committee (APAC), the County, the airport manager, the Owls Head Airport Advisory Committee (OHAC) and the Owls Head Select Board/Town Committee members.
Phase 1B Tier 3 opens next week, allowing critical workers a chance to receive the vaccine.

Kawenata - a formal relationship agreement.
